Hydraulic Vibratory Hammer
This hydraulic vibratory hammer enables fast pile driving & extraction on one machine. Featuring two-stage damping and integrated hydraulics, it reduces energy loss, cuts construction costs and supports low-noise operation for urban, port and offshore projects.
Strategic Partnership
John White, founder of APE and a pioneer in hydraulic vibratory hammer technology, holds multiple breakthrough patents
and has long advanced the piling industry through technical innovation. In 2019, the Antaeus Group under his leadership
established a strategic partnership with STARKE. By combining international expertise with STARKE’s engineering and
manufacturing capabilities, both sides continue to deepen research and development, improve equipment performance,
and create smarter, more efficient piling solutions that support the sustainable advancement of foundation construction around the world.
Explore the lineup
To meet diverse foundation construction demands, we offer a comprehensive lineup of hydraulic vibratory hammers.
From the SV325 series, SV400, and powerful SV600 to dual-unit configurations like SV400x2 and SV600×2, we have
you covered. Each unit features a precisely integrated structure that seamlessly combines the core power unit, guide
system, and force-transmission components, ensuring continuous, stable, and high-efficiency piling with unmatched
reliability for every project.
In March 2024, the STARKE SV400x2 synchronized twin-unit vibratory hammer (max. exciting force 6,500 kN) arrived at and went into service on the Fangchenggang offshore wind farm project in Guangxi, China. Purchased by China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group for offshore wind construction, it drives and extracts 2.872 m-diameter, 38 m-long steel pipe piles for the substation pile foundation, delivering stable and reliable performance on site.
Features
Eccentric
Robust Structure
One-piece Forged
The one-piece forged eccentric eliminates weak joints and
reduces component count. This durable, integrated structure guarantees stable,
high-efficiency piling with
minimal maintenance.
Bearing
Extended Lifespan
Built to Last
Engineered for endurance, this high-performance bearing adapts to the toughest working conditions. It delivers up to 60% longer service life, minimizing downtime and maximizing your productivity.
Top Plate
Internal Routing
Minimal External Hoses
By integrating the oil circuit into the housing, we reduce external hoses and lower leak risks. This design helps protect critical
hydraulic components and supports reliable operation on demanding sites.
Housing
One-piece Formation
No Welding
The housing is integrally formed of extra-thick steel with minimized welds for improved structural toughness. It enhances the anti-cracking performance of the bearing housing and ensures stable operation of the full product range.
Spare Parts
Universal Design
Simplified Service
These universal components cover two major series, helping reduce the number of unique parts. This commonality
supports lower parts costs and more efficient maintenance.
Damping System
Patented Two-stage Design
Provide Extra Stability and Force
This two-stage system features smart mode switching. The large elastomer handles driving vibration, while both elastomers combine for extraction to boost pulling force by over 20%.
Reliable Anywhere
Wherever your project takes you around the globe, our equipment is ready. Whether facing freezing Arctic winds or intense desert heat, the hydraulic vibratory hammer equipped with a power station delivers unwavering performance. To keep your project on track, the smart piling recorder offers real-time data tracking and full traceability, ensuring rigorous quality management and safe delivery in any environment.
Diversified Pile Compatibility
Our Long Beam and Cross Beam options are designed to match your specific piling needs. Available in sizes
from 8 to 17 feet, they provide flexible clamping ranges for diverse pile types. When driving sheet piles, no
beam is required—the gripper connects directly to the hammer's base plate for efficient installation.
For other pile types, simply select the appropriate beam based on your project requirements.
Long Beam
Optional Clamps
Our optional clamps cover a range of piling applications. For steel pipe piles, choose the Caisson series; for
sheet piles, go with the Universal series. Pick the right clamp for your project to achieve higher efficiency,
less downtime, and smoother project progress.

Matching Piling Solutions
Multiple equipment matching solutions are available to satisfy diverse
foundation construction scenarios.
Suitable Piling Methods
This equipment supports vertical piling and two types of raked piling. Raked piling can be realized either through column
deflection or hoist lifting, enabling flexible vertical and inclined pile construction to adapt to varied engineering design
requirements.
