SV400×2 Double Linkage Vibratory Hammer Powers Zhanjiang Offshore Piling

In July 2024, at the construction site of an offshore project in Zhanjiang, Guangdong, our SV400×2 double linkage vibratory hammer system was successfully deployed for field operations. Addressing the complex maritime conditions, the mission involved driving large-diameter steel pipe piles with a diameter of 1524mm and a length of 52 meters.

Through the synchronized linkage technology of two SV400 vibratory hammers, the equipment demonstrated superior centrifugal force output and precise phase control, ensuring the smooth penetration of the ultra-long foundations in a deep-water environment. This successful application in the Zhanjiang waters once again validates the technical maturity and high stability of STARKE linkage vibration systems in handling large-diameter offshore piling construction.
