LH86 Step-Walking Rig Supports Malaysia Housing Project, Driving Efficiency via 360° Rotation and Intelligent Systems

In August 2024, at a real estate project site in Malaysia, Southeast Asia, our LH86 step-walking piling rig equipped with an HHP14 hydraulic impact hammer was successfully deployed. Featuring a 21-meter leader, the rig utilized its 360° all-around rotation and precise inclination adjustment system to efficiently drive multiple piles with a diameter of 600mm and a length of 12 meters.

The LH86 is powered by a 325 HP Cummins engine and integrates load-sensing and intelligent monitoring systems to ensure the precise output of impact energy. Notably, with its three-point support system and self-assembly capability that eliminates the need for crane assistance, the equipment significantly reduced deployment costs while providing exceptional construction stability and operational efficiency for the project.
