LH145P Heavy-Duty Rigs and HHP20 Hammers Power Tin Shui Wai Housing Development

In 2017, at the construction site of a real estate project near Wetland Park in Tin Shui Wai, Hong Kong, our LH145P large-tonnage crawler piling rig, equipped with an HHP20 hydraulic impact hammer, was successfully deployed for foundation work. The operation primarily involved high-intensity steel sheet piling tasks. Addressing the specific soft geological layers and stringent precision requirements surrounding the wetland area, the LH145P utilized its exceptional chassis stability and tall leader guidance system to provide solid support for the precise release of 20-ton core impact energy.

In practical operation, the HHP20 demonstrated superior frequency control, ensuring that position deviations of the steel sheet piles during continuous penetration were kept within rigorous standards. This successful application in the Hong Kong housing market once again highlights the technical leadership of STARKE’s large-scale piling equipment in handling complex geological conditions.
