D80/D100 Diesel Hammers Power Port Construction in Quang Ninh Province

On January 2017, at a port terminal construction site in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam, our D80 and D100 high-energy diesel hammers were successfully deployed for foundation piling operations. The mission involved driving multiple PHC pipe piles with a diameter of 800mm. Facing the complex alluvial strata of the port area, both diesel hammers utilized their superior impact kinetic energy and high reliability to ensure that the pipe piles were precisely driven to the design depth under continuous striking.

The collaborative operation of the D80 and D100 effectively ensured pile verticality and operational continuity. This successful application in a Vietnamese marine project once again validates the technical maturity of the STARKE diesel hammer series in handling international large-diameter pipe piling projects.
