Hydraulic Impact Hammer

In September 2017, at an industrial factory project site in India, South Asia, our HHP8 hydraulic impact hammer and SV50T hydraulic vibratory hammer successfully completed a combined driving and extraction mission. During the foundation construction phase, the HHP8 utilized a suspended operation mode to precisely drive steel casing piles, 500mm in diameter and 18 meters in length, to their design depth; its stable impact kinetic energy ensured the structural integrity of the piles.

Subsequently, the SV50T hydraulic vibratory hammer, with its high-frequency centrifugal force and powerful extraction pull, efficiently completed the removal of existing piles on-site. The synergistic application of this integrated equipment suite demonstrates the systematic solution capabilities of STARKE piling equipment in handling complex industrial foundation engineering.
