Hydraulic Impact Hammer

On April 2018, at the construction site of a large-scale tourist resort in Nha Trang, Vietnam, Southeast Asia, our HHP20 hydraulic impact hammer was successfully deployed for piling operations. As the project is located in a coastal area, the requirements for the bearing capacity of the foundation piles were extremely high, involving the driving of steel casing piles with a diameter of 914mm and lengths up to 45 meters.

Facing significant resistance from deep sand layers, the HHP20 hydraulic impact hammer, with its 20-ton class core impact kinetic energy and optimized hydraulic transmission system, ensured the high-efficiency penetration and precise positioning of the ultra-long steel casing piles in a complex marine engineering environment. This robust performance in a key Vietnamese cultural and tourism project once again highlights the technical leadership of STARKE piling equipment in handling large-diameter, deep-pile engineering.
