Hydraulic Impact Hammer

In January 2017, as the construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) artificial island project in Hong Kong, South China, entered a critical phase, our independently developed HHP16 and HHP20 hydraulic impact hammers joined forces on the front line. The core mission of this operation was to drive H-beam steel piles reaching a length of 71 meters, posing a significant challenge to the equipment's continuous power output and structural fatigue resistance.

During actual operations, the HHP series integrated equipment demonstrated exceptional synergistic efficiency. Through precise pressure regulation and impact control, it steadily advanced the piling construction for the artificial island's enclosure structure. The robust performance of STARKE piling equipment in this "Project of the Century" not only accelerated the construction schedule but also showcased the extreme reliability of Chinese-manufactured piling equipment to the international market.
