Hydraulic Impact Hammer
In April 2016, successful progress was reported from the engineering department of a key port expansion project in Malaysia, Southeast Asia, where our independently developed HHP25 hydraulic impact hammer, working in synergy with the JB200E walking piling rig, demonstrated outstanding operational performance during the foundation piling phase. In this mission, the integrated equipment suite efficiently achieved the piling targets for multiple concrete pipe piles, each 800mm in diameter and ranging from 56 to 60 meters in length.
Facing high-intensity schedule pressures, the HHP25 hydraulic impact hammer, with its stable hydraulic output and durability, coupled with the flexible displacement capabilities of the walking piling frame, significantly enhanced the single-pile completion rate. With its continuous high-quality output in the Malaysian market, STARKE piling equipment not only ensured the smooth progress of project milestones but also further consolidated the brand's professional reputation in the Southeast Asian marine engineering equipment market.
