Hydraulic Impact Hammer

In July 2015, at a factory construction site on Iturup Island in the Russian Far East, our crawler piling rig paired with the HHP4 hydraulic impact hammer successfully commenced operations. Tailored to the region’s unique geological and climatic conditions, the STARKE piling equipment efficiently drove 250×250mm concrete square piles with lengths up to 12 meters.

The HHP4 hydraulic impact hammer, featuring precise impact energy control and superior hydraulic system reliability, ensured the pre-cast square piles remained free from structural damage during penetration. This successful application in Russia’s high-latitude regions fully demonstrates the environmental adaptability and operational stability of STARKE under harsh natural conditions.
