Hydraulic Impact Hammer

In September 2014, successful progress was reported from the construction site of a port terminal expansion in Panama, the Americas, where our independently developed HHP16 hydraulic impact hammer delivered an outstanding performance during high-intensity operations. The project presented significant challenges, including large-diameter piles, deep soil layers, and inclined pile requirements. In coordination with a 40-meter class piling frame, the HHP16 efficiently achieved the piling targets for steel casing piles with diameters ranging from 800mm to 900mm and lengths of 30 meters.

While ensuring precise control over the inclination angles, the equipment leveraged its 16-ton class core impact kinetic energy to significantly enhance single-pile sinking efficiency. The successful application of STARKE piling equipment in this global transportation hub project fully validates its robust adaptability and extreme reliability in complex marine engineering environments.
