Hydraulic Vibratory Hammer
In July 2021, at the construction site of a large-scale terminal expansion project in the United States, our SV325-6 hydraulic vibratory hammer was successfully deployed for field operations. The core challenge of this project involved the driving of ultra-long steel pipe battered (inclined) piles, measuring 800mm in diameter and reaching a remarkable length of 100 meters.
Facing the immense dead weight of the ultra-long piles and the stringent precision requirements for inclined positioning, the SV325-6 utilized its stable eccentric moment output and superior heat dissipation performance to ensure operational power stability during prolonged, continuous tasks. This robust performance in a key North American port project once again validates the technical maturity of STARKE hydraulic vibratory hammers in handling ultra-deep and highly complex foundation engineering.
