Efficient Foundations in Zhijiang: STARKE SV400 Vibratory Hammer Powers Piling for Bailizhou Yangtze River Bridge

As a vital link in the regional transportation network, the construction of the Zhijiang Bailizhou Yangtze River Bridge required a foundation solution capable of navigating the complex geological and hydrological conditions of the Yangtze River basin. STARKE piling equipment successfully deployed the SV400 hydraulic vibratory hammer to lead the critical steel pipe piling phase. Tasked with ensuring the structural stability of the bridge piers, the SV400 hydraulic vibratory hammer, utilizing its high-frequency vibration and stable excitation force, was able to drive steel pipe piles with a diameter of 1200mm and a length of 38 meters, achieving precise penetration in the dense riverbed strata.

Despite the logistical challenges of a large-span river crossing, the equipment maintained a consistent, high-efficiency output, ensuring the foundation milestones were met with professional accuracy.
