Hydraulic Vibratory Hammer

In October 2023, at the expansion site of a major terminal in Shenzhen, South China, our independently developed SV400 underwater compaction vibratory hammer was successfully deployed for its inaugural field operation. Innovatively engineered based on the classic SV400 series, this new equipment is specifically designed to meet the demands of underwater dynamic compaction in deep-water conditions. During this project, the SV400 successfully tackled compaction tasks at an average depth of 28 meters, reaching a maximum of 37 meters, to perform hierarchical reinforcement of five layers of coarse stone.

Featuring a large-scale 4.0m × 2.5m baseplate, the equipment demonstrated exceptional efficiency following on-site calibration. Within a daily 11-hour construction window, it consistently achieved a high-intensity output of 180 to 200 compaction points per day. The successful application of this new product marks a milestone advancement for our company in the field of deep-water ground improvement equipment.
