Hydraulic Impact Hammer
In August 2018, at the foundation piling site of the Zhoudai Sea-Crossing Bridge in Zhejiang, our HHP50 large-scale hydraulic impact hammer was successfully deployed for field operations. As a key transportation hub connecting the archipelago, this project imposed stringent requirements on pile depth and bearing capacity. During construction, the HHP50, in coordination with a large-scale piling barge, precisely driven ultra-long steel casing piles with a diameter of 1800mm and lengths up to 89 meters.

Facing complex offshore seabed geology and strong surge environments, the HHP50 hydraulic impact hammer, with its stable energy output and high-frequency striking capability, ensured the axial verticality of the ultra-long foundations during the penetration process. This robust performance in a major national sea-crossing bridge project once again underscores the professional strength of STARKE piling equipment in the field of ultra-long, deep-water foundation construction.
