Hydraulic Impact Hammer

In July 2019, at the construction site of the Muara Lassa Bridge in Sarawak, Malaysia, Southeast Asia, our HHP30 marine-grade hydraulic impact hammer, procured by our local partner, is currently performing high-efficiency operations. With a massive impact energy of 450kJ, the equipment is primarily responsible for the piling tasks of permanent steel casings for the bridge piers. It works in coordination with the suspended driving of 1500mm diameter steel casing piles to facilitate the completion of bored cast-in-place pile foundations with a diameter of 2200mm, a length of 72 meters, and a depth of 78 meters.

To ensure continuous power in deep marine conditions, the system is configured with a P700 power pack equipped with an original American-imported C18 engine. With its stable performance in ultra-deep pile penetration, the HHP30 hydraulic impact hammer has successfully overcome the resistance caused by the complex geology of the river mouth, ensuring the precision and quality of the foundation construction.
