HHD1000 Hydraulic Hammer Collaborates with the World's Largest Piling Vessel 'Shuixinqi 1' to Assist in the Construction of Xiangshan Port Cross-Sea Railway Bridge

In March 2023, critical progress was achieved in the Xiangshan Port Cross-Sea Railway Bridge project, with our HHD1000 ultra-large hydraulic impact hammer playing a key role in the construction. During the operation, the equipment was paired with the "Shui Xin Qi 1", the world's largest piling vessel at the time (featuring a 137-meter leader), to efficiently complete the driving of multiple steel casing piles with a diameter of 3500mm and a length of 57 meters.

Relying on its powerful power configuration and 1000kJ energy output, the HHD1000 maintained exceptional operational continuity even under complex maritime conditions. Feedback from the client indicates that the equipment operated stably and reliably, significantly enhancing construction efficiency and creating substantial economic and social benefits for this major transportation infrastructure project.
